Include these details
Who you are: your name, company and role.
Product: the official website, what it does and who it helps.
Requested format: a sponsored blog article, video review or demonstration, or a different collaboration idea.
Goal and audience: what you want to communicate and who you want to reach.
Coverage: key features, use cases and relevant product materials or a demo link.
Timing and budget: your preferred schedule, any launch deadline and a budget range.
Deliverables: any requested links, placements, usage rights or other expectations.
For a blog feature
Include the proposed topic or angle and the website or product page you would like readers to visit. Share any supporting product information. Article scope and link details will be discussed before work is agreed.
For a video review
Share the features you would like demonstrated, the product version and how a suitable demo or review account can be arranged. Do not send passwords or confidential customer data in your initial email.
For a unique proposal
Explain the idea, why it fits MSB Digital, what each party would contribute and how you would evaluate the collaboration. You do not need to fit an existing package.
What happens next?
We review the proposal for fit and discuss the scope by email. Pricing, deliverables, timing and any content usage rights are confirmed individually. Sending a proposal does not confirm a booking or guarantee publication.
